Your facilitator will welcome you at get everyone motivated

Intention Setting
Space for each person to share their goals for the session

Work Session 1
Everyone works for 40 minutes (camera on, mic off) on their own thing

Break
Facilitator led 5 minutes rest with creative, physical or playful challenges

Work Session 2
Another 40 minutes of focused working

Decompress
Share progress, debrief, a chance to network and learn and share upcoming events and opportunities.

Sign off
Your facilitator leads a final reflection or forward action
